Note: PGDM vs MBA
A PGDM from an AICTE-approved institute like Welingkar is equivalent to an MBA for all practical purposes — employment, government jobs, and higher education. The key difference is that MBA is a degree granted by universities, while PGDM is a diploma granted by autonomous institutes. Both carry equal weight with employers.
